Remember...... We blew into town, decided we loved it here and then called your office. You called right back and we saw property the next day - your incredible "Cook's Tour." You were full of all the right information that was essential to our making a good decision. You were honest and outspoken. We felt comfortable because of your expertise that we had a good understanding of the market, the area, and the various individual properties that we saw. You met with us every day for a week to educate us and to show us the inventory. We scoured the listings in your MLS book and found that you had showed us everything that remotely met our criteria. Just when we were thinking that we would have to wait to find just the right house, you found two properties with your connections that weren't on the market yet. Then you learned of a property that was under contract but that might become available and showed us that, just in case it became available. When we fell in love with it, you helped us secure it. The rest is history.
As you know, in California, we were both real estate agents for many years. We feel that we can recognize "the cream of the crop" better than anyone. And you are it. We feel so lucky to have hooked up with you.
